Stortford picked off after strong opening

STORTFORD’S strong start was undone by a couple of missed tackles and Coventry went on to a comfortable win.
Cov broke free from that early pressure for winger Max Trimble to touch down, with the try converted by Will Maisey.
Stortford continued to threaten through their backs but had to settle for a penalty goal in response after 16 minutes.
Coventry again showed their clinical finishing skills to score a second try out wide seven minutes later through Rob Knox.
