A FIRST-half blitz proved enough for Macclesfield although they were given a scare by Blackheath before Lewis Barker’s late penalty.
Macclesfield have been the better side in their in the last two matches against second and fourth in the league, so seventhplaced Blackheath must have been expecting a tough encounter and tough is what it proved.
