The first weekend of the season and you can almost taste the excitement and expectation as players and fans breath a sign of relief with the waiting over and the kickoff whistles blown.
The phoney wars ended, the preseason ‘friendlies’ finished, now is the time for the players to deliver on the field to an expectant crowd as the Premiership and PRO14 kick-off the professional game.
