HORNETS underlined their top-five credentials with an emphatic victory at Exeter University, pulling clear after a tight first half to secure their eighth win of the campaign.
Exeter started brightly and crossed early through Alex Osborn, before Benjamin Mills converted.
Hornets responded as Joachim Hullah powered over, with Jack Gapper converting.
The hosts continued to trade blows, Josh Golden Clark finishing well out wide and Dewi Thomas adding another, while Mills kept the scoreboard ticking.
