Rovery helps Redruth pack a punch

IT was the Redruth pack that laid the foundations for this win on a heavy pitch following incessant morning rain against previously unbeaten Lymm.
Dean Wills and Tom Shard swapped early penalties, before the Redruth pack made the most of a catch and drive which saw Chris Rovery driven over for an unconverted try.
Indiscipline cost Lymm dear as Jack Stride was shown the first of three Lymm yellow cards.
Despite the Reds pack dominating the set-piece, the score remained uncharged up to half-time.
