OTLEY secured a vital bonus point in the first half, before Luctonians threatened a comeback in the second.
An early penalty gave Otley the lead but this was cancelled out after Charles Meredith scored in the right-hand corner.
Otley regained the lead when Freddie Watson collected a Max Johnson kick, Owen Dudman finishing off the move.
An Otley penalty and a Gavin Stead surge set up a try for Adam Malthouse after 15 minutes, and he scored another after a Ben Magee run minutes later.
