OTLEY grabbed a bonuspoint win with a powerful display after the break.
Hooker Joe Graham set them on their way with the first try, but Scunthorpe responded with one of their own from James Dyson.
However, from the kickoff, the ball was fumbled and Otley seized on the error with hooker Graham racing to the line to feed scrumhalf Max Johnson, who scored a gift.
Ben Smith converted.
It was another penalty that was to be the downfall of the Greens as Otley kicked to the corner.
