Wharfedale fend off Tigers revival

WHARFEDALE managed to hold on for a hard-fought victory.
They struck first through Rian Hamilton.
Jack Blakeney-Edwards was off target with the conversion but atoned minutes later with a penalty.
Tigers fly-half Mark Ireland responded with a penalty, which brought them to within two points in a tight first half.
Dale struck first after the break with a try from Phil Woodhead. Blakeney- Edwards added the conversion for a 12-point lead. The next score was critical, and it was Tigers who scored it.
