MACCLESFIELDsecured their first win since December, as they boosted their survival chances with a bonus-point win.
Tom Lewis opened the scoring after 40 seconds, as a kick was dropped by Macc and Sheffield capitalised with good hands to score a converted try.
Sheffield scored again, this time through Greg Mellor as he was put in to score a converted try.
Mark Ireland then enhanced Sheffield’s lead through a penalty in front of the posts.
