ALEX Grey scored a hattrick as Bury St Edmunds edged past Leicester Lions in a thrilling contest at The Haberden.
The hosts did just enough to earn the victory but could never relax until the final whistle.
An opening try by Tanner Lightfoot was negated by Jay Hare’s response before Grey scored the first of his three tries after bursting over from close range.
Ollie Tapscott’s try brought the Lions back to within two points before Grey then scored his second to push Bury out to a 19–12 ...
