CURTIS Barnes was the hero as a spectacular late rally from Worthing broke Westcliff ‘s hearts in a thrilling contest at The Gables.
Playing against the wind in the first half, Westcliff opened the scoring with a fine opportunist try from Charlie Reed, converted by Joe Ford.
Worthing hit back with a clean break from Henry Forrest, with Henry Anscombe adding the extras.
