BARNSTAPLE signed off their home campaign with victory over top-six side Cinderford as a poor game was lit up by tries from Linford Brock and Jake Murphy.
The home fans knew how important this result was – putting safety within reach for Barum with two games to go – and as a result were roaring with delight at the final whistle.
Cinderford bossed the early stages and, although Barnstaple took the lead in the ninth minute with a Jordan Petherbridge penalty, had the better of the first half.
