Pack pressure sees Reds kill off Lions

A POWERFUL performance by Redruth’s pack proved to be the difference as they saw off Leicester Lions.
It was the Reds’ first visit to Westleigh Park and they made it a memorable afternoon.
Lions suffered an early setback when Redruth intercepted a pass for Ashley Taylor to almost run the length of the pitch before being illegally stopped close to the try-line.
Will Helliwell saw yellow and from the ensuing scrum Jamie Prisk drove over for the opening score of the game.
