IT MAY be a Top 14 rest week, but that doesn’t mean all is quiet on the top-flight domestic rugby front in France – Gregory Patat cleared out his office at Bayonne on Wednesday to become the second Top 14 manager to leave his post this season, four months after Franck Azema left Perpignan.
