AS SURE as oeufs are oeufs, the end of August coincides with the return of French men’s professional domestic rugby. The ever-more competitive ProD2 kicked off on Friday evening and, book-ending rentrée in France – a term that encompasses that back to school feeling for everyone – the Top 14 will resume on Saturday, September 6.
