THE season is four months old, but the Scarlets will be playing only their seventh match of the campaign when they face Bordeaux- Begles at Stade Jacques Changan-Delmas today.
The region’s first two Champions Cup matches were called off. They were unable to raise a side to face Bristol at Ashton Gate on the opening round because players had to quarantine after a trip to South Africa and their clash at home to Bordeaux- Begles fell victim to the French government’s travel restrictions.
