HAVING given a typically abrasive performance at blindside, Munster captain Peter O’Mahony, left, heaped praise on his team-mates for a gutsy display, and to the Thomond Park crowd for getting behind them.
“This was a big day for the squad, and a big day for the supporters”, he said.
“It’s an incredible atmosphere, and they showed up for us again today. It means a huge amount to us, because a huge bulk of the squad have come up from around here since we were small – this was a challenge, but we love it.”
