Sweeping changes for Clermont after Toulon humbling

CLERMONT have made 12 changes to the side that was defeated 49-0 by Toulon last weekend.
Patricio Fernandez starts at fly-half, with Camille Lopez on the bench for the second week in a row as the playmaker continues to work his way back to full fitness after injury.
Fernandez is alongside Morgan Parra at halfback with Rémi Lamerat and Damian Penaud at centre as Wesley Fofana is on the bench.
There is a dangerous back three of Rémy Grosso and Peter Betham on the wings while Nick Abendanon will don the No.15 jersey.
