Treviso in move for James

SALE Sharks outside centre Sam James is locked in talks with Italian outfit Treviso about making the switch to the United Rugby Championship.
James, 27, has made 26 appearances for Alex Sanderson’s side this season, and the Italians are interested in signing him as they look to climb away from the lower reaches of the table.
The Manchester-born ace joined Sharks in 2012 and can also play at inside centre, fly-half and full-back, but 132 of his 190 appearances have been made at outside centre.
