East Midlands book their place in final four despite defeat

Leicestershire finished off their campaign with a hard-earned win against East Midlands – who still qualified for the last four as best runners-up across the three pools in Division Two.
Ross Bailey’s Leicestershire side fired the first shot within two minutes, winger Daniel Parrington – of Vipers – latching onto a dink in behind before racing over the whitewash with venom.
It took some time for East Midlands to settle but even with ball in hand, they were met by a steely wall which was in no mood to relinquish space easily.
