PLYMOUTH Albion flyhalf Dan Mugford kicked a penalty from the halfway line with the last play of the game to secure Devon victory over newly-promoted Hampshire at Okehampton.
The former Sale Shark had missed a far easier effort just minutes early but he made no mistake with his second attempt to give Devon a welcome five points.
