MAIDENHEAD stayed in the South West Premier title race with a 22-17 victory over Launceston.
After dropping points last weekend at Ivybridge the promotion hopefuls got off to the perfect start with Will Runciman kicking a penalty before a break by Ross Muil released Ben Mitchell to score the opening try.
However, the Cornish All Blacks showed their danger, pulling a try back before the break to go into half-time 10-7 behind and with a narrow deficit to overturn.
