Ebbw haunted by spectre of returning Jones

RHYS Jones came back to haunt his former teammates with a starring performance that made it three wins in a row for Merthyr.
Jones proved he still knows every inch of Eugene Cross Park as he constantly kicked his side into good positions and got the scoreboard moving with a sweet drop goal.
Bottom side Ebbw scrapped for their lives and got back into the contest with a penalty try, awarded by referee Ben Whitehouse for a deliberate knock-on by full-back Matthew Jarvis, who also went to the bin.
