Kirwan content building future for himself

EIGHT months ago, Carl Kirwan stepped out at Sixways for a Premiership Rugby Cup semi-final against Saracens.
He played the full 80 minutes in Worcester’s 38-22 defeat but was not offered a new deal and instead opted for a new club in Oxfordshire.
Kirwan now captains Chinnor in National One – leaving his full-time career behind at the age of 28 to go semi-pro and back to working in construction.
