Bills hit the jackpot with narrow victory

IN THE battle of the top two it was the away side Billinghamwho left with the win, beating Blaydon 22-19.
It was close throughout with Dan Marshall, Frazer Wilson and James Cooney crossing for the home side while Ryan Forman also succeeded with two conversions.
Matt Kirby grabbed a brace for Billingham, both converted by Peter Evans who also went over for a try and added a penalty.
Fourth place Harrogate beat Macclesfield 18-13 and move up to second.
Sam Parry and Andy Boyde were the try scorers with Sam Fox slotting two penalties and a conversion.
