THE Premier XVs returns next weekend and fans are told to expect the most competitive campaign yet.
Entering the final season before the RFU cements a new three-year cycle for the league, RFU head of women’s performance Nicky Ponsford believes all ten clubs have made leaps to match their ambitions during the close season.
