IT’S advantage Brecon in their Division One East versus East Central playoff with Glamorgan Wanderers.
Andy Powell’s side won the first leg 28-23 at Parcde- Pugh ahead of next Saturday’s return at the Wanderers, when promotion to the WRU National Championship is at stake.
