Howells hat-trick increases danger for Bedwas

BEDWAS are now in serious danger of automatic relegation after they fell 47-24 to Ebbw Vale yesterday.
Despite being in the playoff position, Bedwas have a tougher run-in than both Llanelli and Bridgend, both of whom look like they should escape the drop. Joseph Scrivens gave Bedwas the lead with a fourth minute penalty but Ebbw Vale soon hit back through an uncoverted Steffan Thomas try.
