League winners Hull denied any slim chance Billingham had of reaching a second-place play-off following a 26-7 victory at Milnethorpe Green.
The home side were the first to score with a try from Joe Evans converted by Peter Evans and that proved to be that as far as the north east side were concerned.
Just before the interval Mike Adlard went over for Hull for 7-5. Shortly after the break Hull forced a penalty try with further tries from Stephen Hiheta and a second for Adlard, both converted by Simon Humberstone sealing the win.
