Edwards try helps Penallta stay in the hunt

WRU National Plate champions Brynmawrmarched into the fourth round of the competition after edging to a 16-6 victory over Glamorgan Wanderers.
Zach Stuart and Thomas Bainton got the all-important tries for the One East leaders with Dan Butler kicking six points. Wanderers, who top One East Central, could conjure only two Luke Fish penalties.
Brynmawr’s challengers in One East, Penallta, look to be fierce challengers in the Plate as well as they beat Heol-y-Cyw8-0 with a Ross Edwards try and Lawrence Pritchard penalty.
