EBBW Vale finally stopped the rot with victory over Carmarthen Quins at Eugene Cross Park to end a four-match losing streak.
Tries either side of halftime from wing pair Toby Fricker and Dafydd Howells, along with ten points from the boot of impressive fly-half Rhys Jones, secured the spoils for Greg Woods’ men.
It was Quins in control early on and they took the lead in the 12th minute thanks to a penalty from full-back Aled Thomas.
