SWANSEA finally stopped the rot as they came out on top against Carmarthen Quins at St Helen’s to send a clear message to their relegation rivals that they will not be giving up their Principality Premiership status without a fight.
Tries in each half from scrum-half Tom Ham and left wing Ben Cambriani helped secure a welcome and much-needed morale boosting win for the Whites on the back of five straight defeats leading into it.
