WASPS swapped their home and headed to Ealing as part of a double header but it came back to bite them as Loughborough Lightning left with all the points.
Loughborough came out of the blocks quickly and secured two early tries from a period of play and then an intercept by Katy Daley-McLean Wasps then resumed their normal playing style and put pressure on the visitors with driving lineouts, forcing the knock-on and periods of defensive pressure.
