■ BEDFORD could be seeing more of Ben Foden after the former England full-back helped them to a comfortable victory.
Playing outside centre, Foden was helping to make up the numbers in Bedford’s injury-hit backline, while maintaining fitness ahead his move to New York next year.
Foden said: “I’ve spoken to James Kennedy, the owner of New York, and he’s happy for me to stay. I think Mike Rayer’s got me registration forms, so there could be a few more games.”
