BARGOED will head to Rodney Parade today knowing that if they can repeat their heroics of Pandy Park against Cross Keys earlier in the month they will leap two places up the East Division table.
That 34-23 victory over Keys is the only one registered to date by Bargoed, but they have been proving a difficult side to beat wherever they have gone this season. A first win over Newport would be another significant feather in their cap.
