MERTHYR moved to within one win of a play-off place in Tier 1 as lock Ben Murphy crossed for two tries in a bonus point triumph that keeps them two points clear at the top.
The Ironmen took ample revenge for their Foster’s Challenge Cup semi-final defeat by the Quins as they ran in four tries.
But the visitors forced them to come from behind after they ran in a second try on 65 minutes from centre Dylan Morgans.
