TADHG Beirne joined the Scarlets as an unheralded Irishman who had struggled to make the grade with Leinster.
Now, the second row is a key man for Wayne Pivac and a firm favourite of the Llanelli crowd with his industrious work rate and set-piece prowess making him a regular this season.
Beirne made just four appearances for Leinster, but while the 24-year-old is proud of his County Kildare heritage, he’s loving life in west Wales.
