YSTRAD Rhondda condemned Treorchy to their first defeat of the season after a remarkable 17-11 win.
Ystrad went down to 14 men in the first half when No.8 Liam Davies was shown a red card for an elbow, and trailed 8-6 at the break. Centre Ryan Howells was sin-binned, putting them down to 13, but Howells atoned with a late try to seal the win for the visitors.
Rhiwbina beat St Joseph’s 18-6, Dowlais defeated Cardiff Quins 33- 18, while there were wins for lowly Heol Y Cyw, who beat Llantwit Fardre 27-5, and Porth Harlequins, who beat Llanhar...
