Surprise, surprise, double standards are alive and well at the RFU.
The latest example is the decision is to give a dispensation to Junior Kpoku, a promising England U20 lock who is in France on Racing 92’s books, to play in the U20 Six Nations campaign opener against Italy, while denying Jack Willis, Henry Arundell, Joe Marchant and David Ribbans the same opportunity of playing for the England senior team.
