Rugby's governing classes have a long track record of not knowing what day of the week it is, so it is only fair to remind them that this season’s Six Nations is kicking off on a Thursday night.
They may have been the ones who sanctioned it in the first place, but if you can award a World Cup to a typhoon-threatened country, deep in typhoon season, and then fail to plan for the typhoon, you can forget just about anything.
