Whiffen favourite for job at Scarlets

GLOUCESTER are set to lose their academy head coach Richard Whiffen at the end of the season.
Whiffen, who also assists with England U20s, previously spent two seasons coaching attack at London Irish and also worked with England Saxons and Argentina. He is favourite to be named skills coach at the Scarlets next season.
Glen Delaney, who was in the running for jobs at the Dragons and Doncaster, is about to be offered the role of defence coach at the region.
