NORTHAMPTON Saints ran in nine tries as they opened their pre-season preparations with an entertaining victory over the Asia Pacific Lions in Colombo.
Saints pulled away after holding a narrow 26-21 half-time advantage, scoring three unanswered tries after the restart to take control of the historic encounter at the Racecourse International Stadium.
