Bristol bring in Wells on short deal

BRISTOL Bears have signed former Leicester Tigers lock Harry Wells on a short-term deal.
The 32-year-old, who can operate across the second row and back row, made 236 appearances for Leicester. He left the club during the summer and signed for National Two East side Oundle, but will now join the Bears on a three-month deal.
Wells, who won one England cap against Canada in 2021, said: “I remain committed to Oundle and plan to return to the club following the conclusion of my time with the Bears.”
