Neutral grounds for play-off semi-finals? How depressing

QUITE the most depressing thing I’ve heard in a long time is Prem Rugby deciding that from the 2029-30 season their playoff venues will be staged at neutral grounds. Why? Why on earth would anybody do that?
The Prem will have no relegation and now they are expecting us to lap up a league in which it won’t actually matter who finishes in what order in the top four to contest the play-offs.
I mean frankly what’s the bloody point? Will anybody be playing for anything in the regular season? And you watch, they will try and make the play-offs feature the top eight tea...
