Why Lions should head to Argentina

WITH reference to the fantastic and correct comments regarding the future of the Lions made in The Rugby Paper on May 3 by both Brendan Gallagher and Nick Cain.
Firstly, let’s just take a look at how the Australian tour has boosted the Australian RFU and of course, and as Nick pointed out, don’t waste the windfall and, more importantly, and in keeping with the Lions ethos, a tour to Argentina to support their fledgling clubs rather than the national team surely would be more beneficial than a tour to our existing French counterparts.
