Support for Red Roses was superb

HOW marvellous that the Red Roses could attract more than 77,000 fans to Twickenham last week for their win against Ireland. I must admit I’m quite a late convert to the women’s game but in the last few years I’ve been thoroughly impressed by the skills on show.
It reminds me of how the men’s game used to be, before players became super-sized and constantly sought contact.
