JOELI VARO’s two-try return saw Darlington Mowden Park climb back to defeat at Hull.
A late Park change saw Sam Waught drafted in at full-back, and he opened the scoring after only three minutes. Only two later, Liam Checksfield raced over near the posts for a second unconverted effort.
Hull surely steadied themselves, with Reece Dean’s cross-field kick finding Tom Lineham’s hands, who handed off a defender to dive in at the corner, and Dean then added the extras.
