James is to leave Saints for Saracens

SARACENS have signed Northampton scrum-half Tom James ahead of next season. The 32-year-old has spent his entire career so far with Saints, helping them win the Premiership title in 2023-24.
James has made 122 appearances for Northampton but will move to StoneX Stadium for the 2026-27 season.
No.8 Alfie Barbeary will also join Saracens in the summer from Bath.
Barbeary has played 60 games for Bath, including 11 this season, and featured in the Prem, Prem Rugby Cup and Challenge Cup finals last season as the club won a treble.
