Ollie Chessum admits he took a while to get used to the England environment but is ready to scratch his Six Nations itch this time around.

The lock, first capped in 2022 against Italy, arrived in his first full international camp in Bagshot, under Eddie Jones, below, a bag of nerves at what was coming his way.
Four years on, with 30 caps and after becoming a British & Irish Lion in the summer, Chessum is club captain and one of England’s senior players, but has still not won a Six Nations title.
