Wild Geese keen to buy Hazelwood

AMATEUR side London Irish Wild Geese are in negotiations to obtain the freehold to the Hazelwood centre.
London Irish were one of three casualties in the 2022/23 season to forget for English rugby, ending 28 years of professional rugby. The Exiles, Power-gen Cup victors in 2002, and European Challenge Cup finalists at Twickenham in 2006, went to the wall over an unpaid tax bill of up to £1 million, which saw them forced out of business.
